Join the March to Save Leatherback National Park
Where: Beginning at the Central Cathedral (Central Park), 2nd Avenue San José and ending at the Legislative Assembly
Why: To stop the bill to downgrade Leatherback National Park to a national refuge
How: By marching from the Central Cathedral to the Legislative Assembly, participants will demonstrate their solidarity for the protection of Costa Rica’s natural resources and repugnance towards the government’s decisions to cater to private interests
What to Bring: Banners, signs, megaphones, friends, family, but most importantly passion and love for this country
By showing our collective strength, we can send a clear message to Oscar Arias and the congressmen and women who will vote on bill 17383 that we will not stand idle while others decide the fate of this country. Please join the growing movement to safeguard Costa Rica’s national parks for future generations to enjoy.

Hola a todos!
Tengo más de 15 años de visitar Playa Grande, y he visto los cambios que ha tenido el Parque Marino Las Baulas, y la más que visible disminución de las Baulas, ojalá se tomen todas las medidas necesarias para la recuperación de esta especie, los esperamos a todos el Lunes 24! cuenten conmigo y con toda mi familia.

¿Porqué amar a los animales?
Porque lo dan todo, sin pedir nada.
Porque ante el poder del hombre que cuenta con armas…son indefensos.
Porque son eternos niños, porque no saben de odios…ni guerras.
Porque no conocen el dinero y se conforman solo con vivir en paz
Porque se dan a entender sin palabras, porque su mirada es pura como su alma.
Porque no saben de envidia ni rencores, porque el perdón es algo natural en ellos.
Porque saben amar con lealtad y fidelidad.
Porque dan vida sin tener que ir a una lujosa clínica.
Porque no compran amor, simplemente lo esperan y porque son nuestros compañeros, eternos amigos que nunca traicionan.
Y porque están vivos.
Por esto y mil cosas más…merecen nuestro amor…!
Si aprendemos a amarlos como lo merecen…estaremos más cerca de Dios.

Cada animal merece donde vivir los unicos desplazados son los que viven en medio de la guerra……y tener un habitat hermoso como lo es este parque es tener un hermoso hogar que no merece ser arrebatado por quienes habitan en el PRESIDENTE ARIAS……DEBE REFLEXIONAR NO TODO EN ESTA VIDA ES PLATA….
